Topic: Announcement of new boiler and pressure vessel codes adopted
Effective April 26, 2016, under Ministerial Order M 147 deposited as B.C. Reg. 97/2016 (attached to this information bulletin), the Schedule to the Power Engineers, Boilers, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation has been amended as set out in the table below. The amendments include the repeal of a code that is no longer being published, the adoption of new editions of codes and the correction of a spelling error.
