StaRite and Mastertemp Pool Heaters recalled due to fire hazard

Health Canada has issued a recall of certain StaRite and Mastertemp gas fired pool heaters with a specific model number that were manufactured between December 22, 2020 to January 6, 2021.

Issue:
A connection in the heater can leak the combustible air-gas mixture, posing a fire hazard.
What to do:
Immediately stop using the affected product and contact the Pentair Water Pool and Spa, Inc. for instructions.
