An online services account is a convenient way to help you manage your regulated equipment.
Overview
We offer a number of services online to help you manage the regulated equipment you own, install, operate or maintain.
With an online services account you can easily:
- purchase permits and pay invoices;
- view your in progress and active certifications and renew your certification (if applicable);
- view status lists of your permits, inspections, and invoices;
- submit declarations;
- access pre-populated forms;
- export permit and invoice data;
- securely save credit card information for faster payment;
- apply for electrical operating permits and verify your FSR on your electrical operating permit;
- view all of the permits you are named on (if you are an FSR); and
- view your code violations (if you are a contractor).

Registering for an Account
- Navigate to the Online Services Registration Form.
- Enter your email address and select "Send Verification Code".
- A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the designated field to proceed with your registration.
- Complete the account activation form by providing the required information, including your name, phone number, and desired password.
Logging In
- Navigate to Online Services.
- Log in to be taken to your dashboard, where your permits, invoices, and outstanding code violations are displayed. Your licences and and certificates can be managed through the associated sections in the navigation menu.
Managing Multiple Businesses
Your single account provides access to all businesses under your management. When managing multiple businesses, you can use filters to view permits for each one individually.
