Chairlift incident results from incorrect unloading of passenger

Location: Invermere
Description: Passenger did not unload correctly from the chairlifts carrier, this caused the carrier to swing excessively. The swinging caused the carrier hanger arm to impact with the guide sheave assembly. This resulted in the haul rope deroping from the sheaves and landing in the haul rope deropement catcher.
