Incident Overview

A pedestrian and their dog were walking over a concrete pathway. The concrete pathway became energized, causing electrical shock to the dog and owner. The incident was likely caused by damage to the heating cables during concrete repairs along with the alteration of the ground fault circuit rating from the original factory setting.
