Incident overview
An arc flash exploded out from an energized 600 Volt 4000 Amp 3 phase MDC in a commercial warehouse while an electrician was removing energized components. As a result of the arcing fault, an arc flash (including intense heat and molten copper) sprayed out and burned the electrician.
