Incident Overview
An electrician was checking a brake resistor on top of a variable frequency drive cabinet. The brake resistor enclosure did not have proper signage identifying that there were two electrical feeds inside the same enclosure. When the electrician came in contact with the live terminals, he received an electric shock.
