Incident overview
A damaged irrigation pipe caused water to infiltrate an underground electrical vehicle conduit system and into the connecting electrical ceiling junction box. Water pressurized inside the box and overflowed onto the facility’s electrical distribution system, resulting in a short circuit of the facility’s electrical distribution system.
