Find a Recognized Test Administrator
Recognized test administrators are organizations or individuals that administer practical pressure welder and brazer performance qualification tests.
Under the pressure welder program, recognized test administrators are responsible for signing the welders’ logbooks and some may host the Class A Pressure Welder practical exams administered by Technical Safety BC Safety Officers. Certification exams and logbook entries for brazer performance qualifications are not required for brazers. See the Brazing Requirements Guidance Manual for more information.
Note: Performance qualification tests remain valid provided no greater than 6 months have passed since the qualified welding process was last used under the supervision and control of the licensed contractor or recognized test administrator. The licensed contractor is responsible for properly documenting welder and brazer continuity in accordance with their quality control program.
