Notice Regarding the Canada Post Strike

Effective November 15, 2024, Canada Post workers have taken strike action. 

This will cause immediate delays in clients receiving mail, including licence wallet cards, and invoices, as well as delays in our ability to process cheque payments. 

Digital wallet cards can be accessed through your online account. 

To avoid any delays with certification renewals, exam bookings, permit or design registration applications, we suggest paying fees through your online account, or through electronic funds transfer.
