CX Series Combi Boilers

IBC Technologies Inc., in cooperation with Health Canada and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, has issued a safety recall for CX Series Combi Boilers (models CX-199 and CX-150) manufactured between April 2023 and April 2025. 

Issue

During normal use, the hot water temperature for the affected boilers may fluctuate to higher-than-normal levels, posing a burn hazard. 

Action Needed

Individuals should stop using the recalled boilers for water heating immediately and contact IBC Technologies Inc. to schedule a free in-home repair. An authorized technician will install a mixing valve if needed.
