We have identified a technical issue in Online Services that has caused some users to be unable to view their certificates. We’ve made an update that should fix this issue, and we encourage you to try logging in again. If the issue persists, please contact us.  

Refund Policy for Certification

Fees

If required, certain circumstances may lead to you receiving a partial or full refund of your payment:

  1. You will receive a refund of the exam fee payment if you cancel your certificate application before booking an exam or if Technical Safety BC cancels a scheduled exam that you have registered for.
  2. You will receive a full refund of your application payment if Technical Safety BC makes an error on your certificate application.

We are not able to issue refunds if your payment was made two or more years ago, your total amount spent was less than $10, or you have already submitted your application and booked an exam.

If you need to rebook your exam before your cancellation date has passed, you can do so free of charge. But if you need to rebook or cancel after the cancellation date has passed, you must pay an additional exam fee when you go to rebook.
