Vehicle Conversion - Liquefied Petroleum Gas

The Vehicle Conversion - Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) certificate of qualification allows you to maintain and repair propane vehicle fuel systems under an operating permit.

If you would also like to install or alter a propane system in a vehicle, you will need specific manufacturer training and an endorsement from Technical Safety BC.

To have an endorsement attached to your certificate, you must provide a record of successful training completion. To obtain this certificate, you will need to meet certain eligibility requirements and pass an exam.
